  • Account and security data: member code usage, authentication events, device-related session information, and support interactions.
  • Concierge activity: requests, messages, attachments, booking details, and related correspondence handled through the app or by our team.
  • Payment data: payment status, transaction references, and billing metadata. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Vertue in full.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, app version, log data, and cookies or similar technologies on our website where applicable.

3. How we use personal data

We use personal data to operate Vertue as a private membership concierge service and to communicate with you about your membership.

  • Reviewing and processing membership applications.
  • Creating and administering member accounts and registrations.
  • Providing concierge services and responding to requests.
  • Processing payments and managing membership status.
  • Sending service, security, and account-related communications.
  • Improving the website, app, and member experience.
  • Protecting the Services, investigating misuse, and enforcing our terms.
  • Complying with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.

5. Sharing personal data

We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only where necessary to deliver the Services or comply with law.

  • Concierge suppliers and partners involved in fulfilling your requests (for example hotels, restaurants, transport providers, or retailers).
  • Service providers who support our operations (for example hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support tools, and payment processing).
  • Professional advisers where reasonably required (for example lawyers or accountants under confidentiality).
  • Authorities, regulators, or law enforcement when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Members may request account deletion through the app where available or by contacting us. Deletion requests are handled subject to legal retention obligations and outstanding contractual matters.
