Membership is available by invitation only. Submitting an application does not create membership and does not guarantee approval. We may approve or decline applications at our sole discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree that all information you provide during application, registration, and membership is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

Membership is personal to you. You may not transfer, assign, sell, or share your membership, member code, or account credentials with any other person.

Vertue provides lifestyle concierge assistance including, without limitation, arrangements relating to travel, dining, events, experiences, luxury goods sourcing, and related personal assistance ("Concierge Services").

Concierge Services are facilitation and coordination services. Unless expressly confirmed in writing by Vertue, we do not act as a travel agent of record, ticket seller, insurer, financial adviser, legal adviser, or medical provider.

Requests are subject to availability, supplier terms, local laws, and reasonable operational limits. We will use reasonable skill and care in handling requests but cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled on preferred terms or timing.

Approved applicants may be required to pay a membership or joining fee and/or ongoing subscription fees as communicated during registration or within the member app. All fees are quoted in the currency shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (currently Stripe). By submitting payment details, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge applicable fees.

Some Concierge Services require separate payment to third-party suppliers (for example hotels, restaurants, airlines, or retailers). Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, you remain responsible for all supplier charges, taxes, duties, cancellation fees, and incidental costs.

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in writing by Vertue.

You agree to use the Services lawfully, respectfully, and in good faith. You must not misuse the Services, harass staff or suppliers, submit fraudulent requests, or attempt to circumvent membership controls.

We may suspend or terminate membership immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, misused the Services, created undue operational or reputational risk, or engaged in conduct inconsistent with a private membership community.

By applying for membership or registering as a member, you consent to receive service-related communications by email, in-app messaging, and other channels necessary to operate your membership.

Marketing communications, where sent, will be provided in accordance with applicable law and your preferences where required.

Vertue handles member requests with discretion. However, fulfilling requests may require sharing relevant information with vetted third-party suppliers and partners.

You agree not to disclose non-public operational details about Vertue, its staff, suppliers, or other members where such information is shared with you in confidence.

All content, branding, software, design, and materials made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Vertue and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own membership purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services except as permitted by law.

Concierge Services often involve independent third parties. Their services are subject to their own terms, availability, and pricing. Vertue is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers except to the extent required by law.

Links to external websites or services are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, apps, or content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Subject to the above, Vertue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to Vertue in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds (£100).

You are responsible for reviewing confirmations, itineraries, reservations, and supplier terms before relying on them.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services or membership if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued membership is no longer appropriate in our reasonable discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitations of liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated through the website, app, or email where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
